Still bowhunting

Yes - I am still at it. Will be until the end. Finally broke here the last day or two. Saw some movement and passed a couple immature bucks.

I'm still after it, haven't seen crap my last couple of times out, of course I couldn't see more than 30 yards because of the fog, kinda spooky.
 
I havent taken the bow out. I got my tag that I will more than happily put on a doe. The last week I suppose I hunt some stands. I am just hunting prone now.

Same here, gotta couple of doe tags burnin' a hole in my pocket!
 
I still have a either sex bow tag im gonna try to fill christmas morning. hopefully i can get myself a good christmas present /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif not too likely but trying isnt gonna hurt anything.
 
I went out today & night and didn't see anything. Not even tracks in the snow. Just pheasant, squirrel & coon tracks. The funnel has closed down for the year. /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif Atleast I know how to hunt it next year. Hope I get some new parts for my bow this Christmas. It's time for icefishing /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif
 
Some fellow hunters and I are planning a drive style bowhunt for this coming Friday. We did it last year and it was great fun. There's an overpopulation of does in the area so it's never boring.
