That is one of the things i need help with. Dunno for sure who all makes em.

Need one tamed so it don't hurt too much to shoot.

I have a Weatherby Accu-Mark in the 30-378. It is an extremely flat shooter, and very accurate, however, be prepared to spend alot on ammunition to get started (around $85.00 a box), however once you have the brass, reloading makes it affordable. You must wear ear protection when you shoot, the report is absolutely extreme.

Are there any other calibers similar to consider.

Do they all have the recoil tamed some.

Good morning Alaskan.

I was reading about some range work some people did with a 30-338 wherein throat erosion showed up after only 150 rounds through that particular rifle. Commentts??????????
