Swapping Cameras?

This post is similar to adamo's post, but I didn't want to hijack his thread. I have a Cuddeback 35mm trailcam. Is it possible to swap out the film camera with a digital camera? And if so, could someone with my lack of technical ability do this?

I have a feeling that this isn't possible. I thought it might be worth a shot because it is pretty much trash since I don't want to pay for film processing and it hasn't been used for a couple of years.
 
I don't know anything about the conversion process, but if you decide to sell it, you should be able to get $25-$30 for it on ebay. That's what I got for my homebrew. Then you'll have a few $$ to put towards your digital.
 
I would spend a littl time at hagshouse.com. That is where the pros hang out. I can be a little adictive like IW.
