Swimming the Mississippi

Not really a trail cam pic, took the family out for probaly our last weekend on the river. We were crusing up river when the wife said, "Don't hit that log" low and behold a nice young 8pt, swimming the channel. It's over a 1/2 mile wide at this point. Sorry about the quality all I had was my cell phone and that is a lily pad stuck to his rack, he had all hard horn.

Hard to say. They're not afraid to swim. Seen them do it many times.
