tags on stands

I remeber reading something on here a while ago about having to put tags on your stands saying who owns it. Im not sure if it was a law in progress or if people on here were just talking about how they want it to be. If it was a law in progress did it ever get passed?

I didn't see anything in the deer hunting regs about it, so I doubt it.

Here in SD, you have to have your name, phone #, and license # on each stand you have on public ground.

No tags, only regs regarding stands state they must be put up and pulled 7 days prior to season and 7 days after.
