The timber smells of rutting bucks

Went in the timber at 3;00 o'clockPM. New scrapes and rubs everywhere.And I could actually smell it in the air.Kicked up a doe on the way then at 3:30 nice 8pt.35yrds. and coming,I stood up to get ready and he spotted me.then a doe and a fawn.Over all great movement.Getting busted by that buck has made me mad at myself butwon't last to long becuase I have another chance tommorrow.

Had a small 6 point buck come by Saturday afternoon at 3:30pm. I could smell him when he was still 30 yards from me, granted the wind was in my favor.

Good signs that it time to be hunting. Deer moving hours before dark and being able to smell them!!

You know when we can smell it that every deer within a mile can. Good medicine.

My area is torn up with rubs and scrapes and I saw a hawg 4x4 last weekend with a neck like a bull. I threw ut some estrous gel last night to see what happens. I love it and can't wait for the next day!!
