third times a charm(with pics added)

this season so far has had its ups and downs and now up again. it started out with my 10 yr old son bagging his first bird during the youth season. and a nice one at that. it sported 1 3/8 inch spurs an 11 inch beard and weighed 24 lbs. that was just an awsome hunt. then it went down hill when I shot my first bird this year with a bow and did not find it. (this happened last year also)
which brings me to today. at 7:20am I shot and RECOVERED my first turkey with my bow. 20lbs 1 inch spurs and a 10 inch beard not the biggest but a trophy in my books. 1 more tag to fill to make a very memorable season.
