I have a substantial number of tree seeds (mainly persimmon & acorns) that I cleaned and bagged in organic hummus and placed in a spare refrigerator.
I just went to check on them and I think a kid was playing with the thermostat and the bags are 98% frozen solid. Should I keep frozen until the spring when I plant, or try to get them thawed out and stable around 35 to 40 degrees?
