Turnips and Rape seed

I am getting ready to order from walter seed but don't know how to choose from their diffrent kinds of rape seed and turnips, what have you guys had luck with?

What about sugar beats? has anyone tryed planing or know there to get seed? I have freinds in North Dakota that say the deer hit the beat feilds in areas that don't get harvested.

Lasr year I planted Antler king fall/winter/spring, it contains Dwarf Essex Rape, once the frost hit, the deer pounded the rape.
