I was finally able to hunt for the first time this year and it was great. Hunted Sat. morning/evening and Sunday morning and saw a total of 12 deer. 3 were bucks. Had one 7 pointer right under my stand, but I let him go so he can grow!!! Best part was on Sunday morning, had a doe right around me and out of no where a little buck (6 pointer I think) came right after her with his nose to the ground. She wanted nothing to do with him and ran, but he kept chasing her for about 3-5 minutes. I think in another week, the does will be ready. It will only get better from here.

I wish i could say the same,but i went out only once this weekend. Ill be happy to tell you though that coming this weekend ill be out and about for 9 days straight. i agree that next week will be the time to fool a wall hanger! good luck and be safe!
