Wanted: Youth/Womens bow

I am looking for a right handed bow that would be mainly for bowfishing and that is adjustable enough so that my girlfriend can use it when she wants to shoot. The draw weight needs to go down to 35 pounds and have an adjustable draw length between 24-27 inches. I am not looking to break the bank but please let me know if you have anything.
