Wes's First Bird

Took a buddy of mines son out for the youth season. After not setting up in the right spot yesterday, saw birds just not close enough, we headed back to the same spot this morning, didn't hear a gobble until about 6:30, wind was blowing about 30mph and I wasn't completely sure which direction it came from. He gobbled again and was behind us. Wes looked over his shoulder and saw him fly down and gobble. The bird was around 150 yds out. He came in steady gobbling the whole way. Circled around behind the decoys and Wes made a perfect shot. The bird was a real champ 25lbs, 10in beard, and spurs were 1.5in Sorry for the pic quality all I had in the field was my cell phone.
