Landowners Sought For Wisconsin Special Deer Hunt

Wisconsin landowners interested in sponsoring a deer hunt open to disabled hunters have until June 1 to sign on to be a part of the special hunt, set to take place October 3 through 11.
Landowners must complete an application and submit it to a local wildlife manager. Interested hunters must contact sponsors directly after the list of approved sponsors is posted on the Department of Natural Resources Web site.
Sponsors must submit a list of participating hunters by Sept. 1.
Hunters interested in participating must have a valid Class A Permit, a long-term Class B Permit issued for more than one year and that authorizes shooting from a vehicle, or a Class C Disabled Hunting Permit.
