I'm guessing the moderators will add me and shot me an email? Can't wait to check out my new benefits, like the journal and other such things. BTW put me on the bow list for the 2005 big buck, do I just send 10 bucks to add my name to the gun too?

They'll have you up and running in no time, and you'll finally see what you've been missing in the PMA Forum!

Ok...Ok With this whole PMA stuff. Is there a PMA section that all of a sudden appears when you become a memeber that isn't currently shown?

Secondly, what would be an example of a gear review that a sponsor has thrown out there to a PMA member? How often does it really happen?

Thanks,
Xtec

Xtec...yes there is a PMA forum that shows up when you become a PMA member. Lots of pictures and posts remain exclusive to the PMA members. For example, OneCam has been posting pictures of some monster bucks in velvet that you can't see unless you are a member.

An example of a gear review.....a bunch of PMA members where given bottles of GHOST scent elimination spray free of charge to try out. Special prices are also offered for items in the company store.

Is PMA membership worth it??? It's cheaper than a magizine subsciption and besides, if you enjoy the site, why wouldn't you want to help keep it going?

Last year we had available Ghost Spray, supplemental deer mineral and a Lone Wolf Stand for review (by Kat)

This year we gave away a few new automatic pull up ropes and we may do another Lone Wolf Stand with the enhanced seat.

We are really focusing on the quality of prizes for our yearly Big Buck Contest for PMA members this year.

One thing I'm really exited about that will be happening in the PMA forum soon is the semi-live update for my limited-draw bowhunt for monster muley's in the Colorado high country. Here is last year's ... 2004 Semi-Live Muley hunt.

Just the PMA forum alone has given me hours of enjoyment. I don't have much luck in "lotteries" so the gear testing wasn't really a seeling point, nice bonus but not a seller for me. If heaven lets its light shine down and I get a good buck the entry in the big buck turny will be nice.

The muley hunt was one of the first things I read when I got activated. I also enjoyed being able to see the lighted knocks instructions. Well spent $16. Till I hit a good scratch off lottery to pay the life time, I'll just have to budget the 16 into my yearly fees(Hunting fishing license, tags, trout stamp, PMA membership)

There is a lot of informative information in the PMA Conference. Some of the better deer hunters in Iowa and surrounding states post in this forum.

Thank You again for supporting IW boacephus.

How long does it take to get access to the additional PMA forums? I joined several days ago and I don't think anything has really changed yet.

Look for the DigiScope Threads - some of the pictures I've captured with this setup are amazing ...
