The Iowa Youth Deer Season opens this coming Saturday. I know I am looking forward to getting out there with one or two of my young friends and assist them with a hunt.
If you don’t know a young person who wants to hunt, talk with your local law enforcement officials. Often they know of a child in the community who needs a positive role model in their life. And let’s not forget, it is the children who are the future of hunting.
