I'm starting to get the itch to get back north to Canada for some fishing. I realized I never posted pictures after the trip dad and I had last year with some friends so thought may as well share now. We're going back again this year, same time and place. Russ is coming along and some different friends. Should be great!
I used photobucket to post these photos so if you don't have the "fix" installed to view PB pictures when using Chrome you may not be able to see these pics...
"Dad and I just got back from the fishing trip of a lifetime. We caught more and bigger fish than I think either of us ever will again on a single fishing trip. It was wild. We didn't count but I'd say safely over 100 northerns 30-45" or 7-20lbs were caught be our group of 6 in 5 days. Unbelievable trip!
I took many pictures and videos and will share some highlight pics for now. Someday I'd like to put the vidoes together into a 5-10 minute video but we'll see if I can find any free time. :shifty:
On the drive up and ran across a fresh road kill - a semi jack knifed in one ditch and this bull laying in the other...
We flew out of Red Lake, Ontario and flew 150 miles north to our outpost for the week
A sample of the fish dad and I caught
