I have been shooting an Iron Mace for a couple months now and love it. I have no idea how many FPS I am getting out of it but I do know it is FAST. The reason I got it was because I liked the way it shot. Very smooth and flat shooting bow!
I just got a new Moultrie D40 in the mail today. I am in the process of testing it. So far it appears it takes the camera about 2 seconds maybe a touch more to wake up for the first picture. The delay for the second(or third picture if you go that route) is much shorter more like 10 seconds...
Came across this little guy this morning while turkey hunting. It was laying just off an old logging road. There was no sign of mama anywere but hopefully she will be back. Enjoy!
Central Iowa, the only thing I can get the brother in law to help with is shootin the deer and hes not all that great at telling the difference between a button buck and doe.
Decided to light the switchgrass Sunday afternoon. It was kinda breezy but we decided to give it a shot and everything worked out perfectly. It sure is neat to see this stuff erupt in to flames. Came up with a decent set of sheds and even managed to have a few brews in the process...
I have a small plot of chicory planted last fall that was coming on real strong before this last little cold spell we had. Not sure what it looks like now. The warm weather coming will certainly help!
Just thought I would share a pic of my new toy. I decided to give High Country a try and bought an Iron Mace. Ive got it equipped with an HHA sight and a QAD rest. Shot it for the first time tonight and I am real impressed so far. Cant wait to get it dialed in and ready for turkey season!
