Bacon wrapped stuffed deer loin. OMG DELICIOUS

I wouldn't recommend the peppercorn bacon as it overpowered the dish. Overall the stuffing was pretty good! The loins tasted good, but I had a hard time getting over all that pepper. I cooked mine at 375 instead of 400 and got a medium well to well done job. I would have preferred med, but not bad for the first try!
