Ok, I am getting caught up now. So, go back to 30 day versus the 90 day needs to be stopped is what I am also hearing from the Department.

Yeah, it doesn't have a bill number, probably won't fly but could get attached to something else and ram rodded through.

I agree with you guys, now we need to articulate this to those who decide. Any ideas on how best to communicate this?

Typically these things are attached to more important issues and passed that route.

Give examples of how NRs have cheated the system in the past and relate those actions to the probability they will do it again.

Offer special residency granted to "X" type of employees to appease his buddies.

The real question for me is why change this law and use his friends as an excuse when he could have issues governs tags and avoided this. I suspect there is way more behind this. Death by a thousand cuts.
