I heard him comment on this subject just recently and while he didn't say that he leased it, he also didn't say that he didn't.
So he very well may lease hunting rights to maintain a buffer of sorts. I do know that he said something to the effect that he had the support of his neighbors and that they knew what he was doing with his property and were helpful to the cause.In this day and age, I have no doubt that someone has thought about leasing/buying the adjacent ground to his so as to capitalize on the management going on inside his property. Sad...but true.
