How did the Big Buck Contest turn out Sunday? I know a few, but the classic's site hasn't posted all of the winners yet.

Maybe I haven't been paying close enough attention, but what is the story on the dead Des Moines area buck? That is a whopper for sure, but I don't remember hearing about it before.

Wasn't actually Des Moines, it was found in Dallas County. Not sure why they claimed the big D though.

He may have referring to the American Big Game Records. They have a catagory for found dead trophys.

the hole in the horn and the missouri monarch were both found dead also.
but he did have a sign outside that booth that said new world record
