If I just spray a harder to reach spot that may be too tricky to mow with roundup and plateau with that kill it and knock it down enough for me to frost seed it? If not, any other suggestions? Thanks!
So have any of you had to do a lot of repairs on yours? I heard the tires were cheap and one guy said he was doing fixes on his all the time. Not necessarily major fixes, but kind of you get what you pay for kind of things.
Is the DR a way better ATV brush mower? I am all about buying quality vs throwing a bunch of money into something I am fixing all the time because it was cheap. Is the DR much better built and worth the money?
I have two rows of cedars we planted. It is located between two crop fields. If i tried planting some switch between the rows of cedars I suppose when they sprayed the crops it would kill it?
I have a pair too and will never buy them again. I am going to spend the money and get a pair with a lifetime warranty because the past two pairs I have had something bumps loose and I end up seeing double. I am very careful with my equipment too.
I know it has spots, but are you sure it is an axis deer? My buddy shot a 145" buck with spots on it a few years ago that was in NA Whitetail magazine. Think it could be a buck that won't lose his spots like that one?
A buddy of mine says a farmer he knows has been planting NON roundup ready corn the past few years as he said there is starting to be a higher demand for corn that is not genetically altered. Anyway, he claims every year he rotates it, the deer are hitting these fields WAY more than his roundup...
Glad to hear someone has good customer service. I had a stealth cam break. I sent it back for a new one in march. The new one they sent me doesn't work. Just called and she tried to tell me the one year warranty expires after the time I purchased the FIRST camera! What a joke! That one...
Yes my land is in SD. Half of it floods pretty much every spring. This is mostly timber, but there are pockets where I can plant some more tress. Maybe I need to look into the swamp white oak for this spot? The rest does rise to higher ground, so I guess I will just have to experiment with...
My brother and I purchased some land and I would love any advice on getting some oak trees going. We planted some burr oaks already. After research it seems white oaks are the best....it seems all of these take forever to grow and produce acorns. What about sawtooth oaks? I read they produce...
I always try to shoot a deer that is bigger than what I have previously gotten. If you got excited and had fun shooting him, who cares what others think. The excitement is what hunting is all about.
I have read that these cameras have a history with the bulbs failing and it just happened to one of mine. Anyone know if you can replace the flash at all?
For the experienced tech guys..... is this a well built camera that is going to last too in your opinion vs other cameras? I'm tired of buying cameras that work good for a year and then not so well years following.
