I'd say the one in the center is probably in the high 20's to low 30's. His larger body size makes this picture deceiving as the smaller bodied one definitely is pushing the 50's. He's showing the sway back and pot-belly.

I'd give the short one an 8 on the Standardized Studmuffin Scale. The taller one's face is too covered up but I bet he is oh so dreamy! Sigh.

I would agree with Danno. Just grind her up into burger. The steaks, etc. wouldn't be too good (not grain-fed).

Hey, I got an idea, just wait till she goes in to estrus, strap on a set of horns, moo like you mean it, bring her a bushel of shelled corn and when you get close, slip the halter over her head.

Problem solved. Heck, you probably would never get away from her after that. Show a cow a good time and you can never get them to leave you alone.

I know my locker doesn’t take pork that wasn’t processed under inspection it might be the same with beef.
 
Throw a little corn out for her every day so she gets into a routine (and a little grain into her) and she'll become an easy target. Maybe see if a food pantry could take the meat. They might have a connection to a butcher that would process the meat.
