Glad to see the CO's spend time and resources tracking these guys down. There obviously are not other issues going on. Tresspassing, Baiting, ect, but lets get a couple guys because they didnt tag a deer right away.
The only time I saw deer all weekend was at dusk on sunday, on a food source. Who knows the issue, but it seems the activity has been slowing down each day.
Well, Tuesday night just sat with all the wind we had, had a lot of doe activity but the big boy didnt show. Last night went with some scents and did some grunting at a non-shooter buck but had no response.
Hopefully there'll be a success story this weekend.

Wish I could be out. I love huntign right after a snow storm. The squirrels dont make a ton of racket, you can see a little better a little earlier. And after a front like we just had, the deer arre always up moving around. Just wish I could get away from work. Good luck!
By spike buck I meant to infer that there was no fork and therefore is considered a antlerless deer using the same tag as a doe.
