Kansas has been way overhunted in the last 4 years if I were you I would look into Wisconsin southwest corner lots of big deer coming out of there.

Non resident increase This is exactly what happened to Kansas the first year it was a couple thousand then it was a little more. Now it is pretty much an unlimited draw sate where after the draw there are leftover tags in every unit. I for one don't believe that it will stop when they open it...

Hey Manning do you use rubber gloves and spray down with some form of no scent spray when you are making your mock scrapes?Also where have you found these mock scrapes to most effective on ridges leading to feed or in bedding areas or travel corridors to both. Thanks Antlerhunter

We commercial fished Lake Perry a few years back on the very north end.We had over 250 buffalo that went over 50 lbs.We even had some that were bigger but tore through the nets.

I just don't get it why are you crying about not being able to get a deer tag.No one forced you to buy land in Iowa.You could of easily have bought land in Missouri or Nebraska where you would definitely get a tag.My advice is to sell your land in Iowa and buy some land in another state that...

This guy was still holding as of saturday.Went to check my camera monday and found his left side in the corn pile. His left side scores 77 5/8 inches.

Got a pic of this buck on Sunday 1-22-06 I actually rattled this deer in on Nov.4th of 05.I never did see him again I'm sure glad he made it.

Shredder I've got one picture with a buck a little bigger than these that has lost his left side.I'm really trying to stay out of there until some more of these bucks start shedding.
