What are your experiences with digital cams in the cold weather? Any tricks to get them to perform good in the cold temps? Is it worth having them out?

I'm just wondering what hunters think about the cheapest Moultrie digital game camera. Any complaints? I am using Stealth Cams right now and am happy with them, but having digital cams just makes more sense.
