Well boys I brought a train in from lincoln neb to creston iowa today and it was awesome! Counted 27 different decent deer cruising from noon to 3 pm. From 3pm on there were to many to count! 3 deer over 160' on the rail road ride aways tending does! Im sure they were just the early does...

I personally haven't hit one yet. But its only a matter of time I believe. I have had several close calls though. Its not as common as you would think. Id say maybe 2 deer a week get hit if that. Mostly does from what I see.

Ive been hearing of a lot of dead deer in Union and Ringgold counties as well the last couple days...We definitely don't need this again!

I wouldn't say tv shows as much as land companies. They seem to think every field that has a tree in it should sell for a million bucks or lease for 50$ an acre. Thankfully we own our own land. Feel sorry for the fellas that don't. Its getting hard to gain access these days from what I hear.
