What to do, what to do

Okay I have pretty much narrowed my arrow rest search down to the Trophy Ridge or the Spot Hogg Whammy. I am really torn but am leaning slightly towards the Trophy Ridge. I have shot the TT for the last year but am not sold on it. What is your opinion.

    question

I have a P41 and BG2 setup and it seems that a lot of the pictures are blank because the animal is walking out of the picture before it takes. Quite a few are just blank. This happens day or night even if the camera is facing due north. Any ideas?

    Cows and deer

This has probably been asked before but do cattle spook deer? If cattle show up at my stand I never see deer but if they leave I have had deer show up within 30 minutes after the cattle have gone.

    Levi's first archery kill

What can I say that this picture doesn't already say. This is a trophy in more ways than one. Last Saturday was the first weekend Levi and I had to hunt since archery season opened in Missouri and it turned out to be great!!! My son Levi's first archery kill.

Cut on impact vs. Chisel point

Okay, I have read several articles lately stating either the cut on impact or the chisel point penetrates better even through bone. I've always been under the impression that a chisel point was the way to go if you accidentally caught some bone. I know I don't need to ask this but does anyone...

    12 volt conversion

Is there a way to convert a Moultree Wal-mart special to use a 12 volt or 6 volt battery? This thing wont even finish a roll of film without running out of juice.

    Another tech head question

Will the EZE laser center tool work on a Mathews bow? I know the string runs at an angle to the riser so the center shot tools are not supposed to work. Mathews says set it at 13/16 from the riser and paper tune from there but my pro shop and the laser put it at about 19/32. 19/32 seems a bit...

    Preferred Drop Away

I'm pretty sure we have covered this but I couldn't find it. What is the preferred drop away rest? I currently use a Trap Door Mach 4. I think I shot more accurate with my original Trap Door micro adjust but that could just be me. Also, what does everyone think of the Whisker Biscuit?

    A little humor...

Sorry ladies on the site but this was to good to pass up. On a transatlantic flight, a plane passes through a severe storm. The turbulence is awful, and things go from bad to worse when one wing is struck by lightning. One woman in particular loses it. Screaming, she stands up in the front of...

    Archery Hunter Boo Boo's

Just got done reading this and thought there might be a couple of things some folks could learn from it. Some of it is opinion on the authors part but for the most part it is good advise. Travis Turner, owner of Archery Unlimited, in Hogansville, GA., has built a reputation as a world-class...
